Our product philosophy
At HelloBody, we are redefining the rules of the cosmetics industry, offering everyday essentials that combine glamour, naturalness and responsible living. This is why our slogan is our conviction: LESS IS MORE SKIN
In our approach to responsibility, we have taken the decision to avoid certain ingredients in the development of our new products. This does not mean that these substances are generally considered dangerous, but simply reflects our individual belief and view of the cosmetics industry. We have therefore compiled the following list of substances that we avoid using in our new products:
- Silicones and mineral oils
- Hormonal active substances (for example certain UV filters, butyl and propyl paraben)
- Denatured alcohol / ethanol
- Microplastics as defined by UNEP 2015
- Certain sulfates (such as sodium laureth sulfate)
- Phenoxyethanol / ethoxylated substances
- Palm oil (only RSPO certified palm oil substances (Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil))
